To apply for PPF account you have to fill up account opening form (Form A) and submit to any SBI branch with necessary documents. - Indian individual and resident of India.
- Parents(mother/father only) can avail in the name of minors.
- Grandparents can avail on behalf of the minor only if father and mother both are go away.
- Indivisual from hindu undivided families are not permitted to avail a single PPF scheme in their name.

- Proof of identity and residence as per Bank’s KYC norms. (E.g., Aadhar Card, PAN card, Passport, Voter’s id, Driving License)
